Ride-hailing passenger app for Sri Lanka's Uva Province with a Sinhala interface — pick a vehicle from bike to lorry, set pickup and drop on the map, and request a ride.
Uva Pik is a ride-hailing app built for Sri Lanka's Uva Province, with the whole interface in Sinhala.
We built the passenger app in Flutter. Riders open the app without a sign-up form, see their location on Google Maps, choose a vehicle type — bike, three-wheeler, car, van, lorry or JCB — and request a ride. Firebase handles sign-in, live ride data and push notifications.
The passenger app is part of a three-app system, alongside a driver app and an admin app.
